Where do I park the car?
Park at 500 West 43rd Street @ 10th Avenue, weekdays after 5pm, $12; any 5 hours on weekends; $12 with theatre validation and your ticket stub. $7 additional charge for oversized vehicles. Prices subject to change.
Do I have to climb stairs to see OLD JEWS TELLING JOKES?
The lobby and Box Office are accessible from the street via a ramp and automated door into the building. There are five steps up to access the theatre. Please be advised that where there are stairs within the building, we are unable to provide assistance.
There is a wheelchair lift from the lobby level that provides access to the right rear section of the Downstairs Theatre. The dimensions of the lift are 36" wide x 48" long. Entrance to the lift from the lobby level is through a 32" wide opening on the 48" side of the lift. The entrance to the lift from the theatre level is through a 32" wide opening on the 36" wide side of the lift. The lift is designated by the New York City Department of Buildings for use by wheelchair users only. The maximum length for scooters and wheelchairs able to maneuver onto the lift is approximately 44".
Because the lift is within the theatre seating area, its operation is disruptive to any performance in progress. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.
Is the Westside Theatre wheelchair-accessible?

Entrance to orchestra is from behind the last row via five steps (with railings) up from the lobby level. Proceeding toward the stage, there is a slight rake down one step to access each row. There are no railings in the aisles.

Entrance to the lift from the lobby level is through a 32" wide opening on the 48" side of the lift. Wheelchair locations must be arranged at least 48 hours prior to any performance and are subject to availability. Any patron holding tickets for wheelchair locations must occupy a wheelchair or scooter because theatre seats are removed to create these locations.

Does The Westside Theatre have an assisted-listening system?
Yes. It's available from the ticket taker. A driver's license or ID with printed address is required for deposit.
Is there a wheelchair-accessible restroom?
Yes, there is a unisex wheelchair-accessible restroom available on lobby level. There are additional restrooms located 15 steps down from the main level.
Does The Westside Theatre have air conditioning?
Yes. It's not too hot, not too cold, you'll be able to totally relax.
Is there a place in The Westside Theatre to buy a snack or a drink?
Yes, but don't eat an hour before you go swimming.
Is there a coat check?
No.
May I use my camera?
